Who doesn’t love a good old barbecue!? However, the great taste isn’t the only reason you should bring out your grill. Dietary consultants agree that grilling or smoking meat during a BBQ can reduce the amount of unhealthy fat, allowing you to consume lean meat, high in protein. You also don’t have to use a lot of excess oil, reducing your calorie intake. BBQ often includes a side of grilled vegetables, allowing you to get antioxidants alongside.
So what’s stopping you from barbecuing most of your meals? This blog discusses some BBQ recipes for a healthy diet this summer.
