learn along with me.
My two favorite IF gurus are Dr. Gin Stephens, Ph.D., and Dr. Jason Fung, MD. I have never met Gin or Jason, but I love them dearly. Together these two experts changed my life, literally changed my life.
Books by Dr. Gin Stephens, PhD
Delay, Don't Deny
easy to read and full of excellent fasting advice, contains the basics for IF Intermittent Fasting.
Fast, feast, Repeat
very well written and so easy to understand. This book has a lot more science than the first book. It really gets into the why and how of IF.
Feast Without Fear
is one of Gin's most recent books. This book digs deeper into some of the complex fasting issues, including the genetics of dietary lifestyles. Very readable!

Books by Dr. Jason Fung, MD
The Obesity Code
all of Dr. Fung's books are very readable for anyone who does not have a science background and needs a guide on applying IF to their lifestyle.
The Diabetes Code
I am not diabetic, but my grandfather and cousin died from the disease; therefore, I have always been very interested in the subject.
