Should you eat organic? Most people think they need to eat organic to be healthy, but this isn’t the case. The truth is, eating organic can be expensive, and it’s not necessary for everyone. If you can afford to eat organic and it’s important to you, then, by all means, do so. However, there are plenty of other great foods available that you can enjoy without breaking the bank.
I don’t have time to spend 6 to 8 hours every day in the gym; I can’t afford to pay a full-time personal trainer or afford to have secret diet food flown in from Shangra La. I can get all the healthy foods I need at my local grocery store.
